The HR department creates the conditions for an efficient and sustainable organization with competent and engaged employees. In the HR department we are, for example, responsible for the development of administrative routines for staff, interpretation and application of labour laws and collective agreements and payroll administration. In collaboration with management and managers, we are also responsible for staff and organizational development of both office and international staff, the work environment and our continuous work with inclusion, gender equality and equity.
The HR department contributes to Médecins Sans Frontières being a responsible employer with a focus on employees, with a clear and trustworthy leadership, a learning culture and a strong employer brand.
