Join MSF's Ebola Response Pool
We are currently seeking experienced and committed professionals to join MSF's Ebola Response Pool and support emergency response efforts in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). If you want to apply to our regular pool, (not only emergency for Ebola, apply here)
We are looking for candidates who are available to undertake multiple deployments over the next 6 to 8 months. Current rotations are eight weeks, followed by a 21-day monitoring period at home.

Emergency Water and Sanitation Manager
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field
At least six months of hands-on experience in WASH activities (water systems and sanitation)
French language proficiency at B1 level or higher
Availability for a minimum of six months
Desirable
Experience in emergency or outbreak settings (such as cholera or Ebola responses)
Commitment to future missions with MSF

Fluent English (C1) and working proficiency in French or Spanish

Emergency Project HR and Finance Manager
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least two years of relevant professional experience in HR, administration, or finance management

Strong computer skills, including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
Availability for a minimum of six months
Desirable
Previous NGO or humanitarian sector experience

Emergency Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
Relevant degree; specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an asset
Minimum of two years of experience in supply chain management
French language proficiency at B1 level or higher
Strong computer literacy

Nurse
Requirements
Nursing degree (minimum three years of study)
At least two years of professional nursing experience in infection prevention and control (IPC) and infectious diseases
Experience working with an NGO in contexts similar to those of MSF
Strong French language skills (B1/B2)
Availability for 10 weeks
Desirable
Experience in Ebola or other viral haemorrhagic fever responses
Experience in Ebola Treatment Centres or similar facilities
Previous team management experience
Medical Doctor
Requirements
Medical degree with valid medical registration in Sweden or Finland and completion of AT (or equivalent internship requirements)
Minimum of two years of professional experience in infectious diseases
Experience in Ebola or other haemorrhagic fever outbreak responses
Strong French language skills (B1/B2)
Availability for 10 weeks
Desirable
Team management experience
Experience establishing or managing Ebola Treatment Centres or equivalent facilities
Experience working in emergency interventions
Emergency Pharmacy Manager
Requirements
Degree in Pharmacy (Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharmacist qualification)
Previous INGO experience or experience working in low-resource settings is essential
At least two years of professional pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital pharmacy setting
French language proficiency at B1 level or higher
Availability for 10 weeks
Desirable
Previous Ebola response experience
Experience working in emergency interventions
Emergency Clinical Psychologist / Mental Health Specialist
Requirements
Degree in Psychology or specialist qualification in Psychiatry, with completed PTP or equivalent professional registration requirements
Experience working in humanitarian interventions and psychological stress management
Fluent French (C1)
Availability for a minimum of three months
Desirable
Previous Ebola response experience
Experience working in high-mortality or emergency response settings
