Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Sweden is looking for a volunteer to support our Association by helping manage our membership database. The assignment runs until January 2026 and requires approximately 8 hours per week. The position is based at our office in Stockholm, with some flexibility to work remotely. We would like you to start as soon as possible, or by agreement.

Who we are
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters.

MSF Sweden Association has around 400 members and is governed by a Board of Directors. Through MSF’s Associations, current and former staff and volunteers can get involved and contribute to shaping the organisation’s future. At the Stockholm office we are around 100 employees working with fundraising, human resources, IT, communications and support to our projects.

Your responsibilities

As an Association Volunteer, your main task will be to manage and update our membership database. This includes:

• Reviewing and updating membership data

• Ensuring data accuracy

• Sort and categorise data

Other tasks may be added depending on the needs. You will get support from our Association coordinator.

We are looking for someone who

• Is thorough and detail oriented

• Has experience working with data, preferably with strong Excel skills

• Is fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Is motivated by MSF’s humanitarian mission

Practical information

• Commitment: Around 8 hours per week (schedule flexible in agreement with us)

• Duration: Start as soon as possible until January 2026

• Location: Stockholm office, with some flexibility to work remotely. We ask that you come to the office at least once a month

• This volunteer assignment is not payed. You contribute with your time to MSF’s social mission.
